aespa LICORICE

A fan-made visual interpretation of aespa’s “LICORICE.”

“Licorice” is the fifth track from Armageddon — The 1st Album, released on May 27, 2024. The song combines vintage electric guitar with a powerful trap beat. Its lyrics compare the attraction to someone with an intriguing charm to the distinctive taste of licorice.

This fan-made lyric film combines kinetic typography, organic lines, and contrasts in red, pink, and black. The words become part of the composition itself: appearing, distorting, and moving with the rhythm to turn the lyrics into motion.
